Project Manager – Food Machinery

Profile:

The Project Manager will coordinate, schedule and direct all project activities to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. This will involve meeting with clients throughout the United States to investigate requirements, defining project scope & goals, overseeing and assisting in the delivery of project commissioning and installation of bespoke works for sub contractors. They will also report the progress of projects to customers and senior management teams, and on completion of plant installation, handover of all relevant training and maintenance documentations.

The Person:

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years experience in the delivery of Food Industrial Machinery either working as a Project Manager or in a senior commissioning & installation function. Candidates must also possess good communicative and interpersonal skills and be willing to travel throughout the United States to meet customers and occasionally overseas to visit manufacturing facilities.

Benefits offered for this position will include a basic salary between 5000$ (depending on level of experience and what you can bring to the role), plus a company car, bonus, private healthcare & pension.

Logistics Manager – Food Machinery

To continue creating the most efficient new and second-hand machinery selling, installing and delivering organization looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their team for an immediate start. You will be undertaking tasks to support the Logistics team to help ensure the smooth running of the department, guaranteeing that products and materials are sourced and delivered according to customer and company standards, schedules and values.

You’ll be the first point of contact for external customers and suppliers for any queries regarding sales orders and deliveries whilst taking responsibility for the validation of invoices from distribution companies. You’ll also be maintaining and updating the department’s database where you’ll be processing orders, managing stock levels and extracting key information for weekly sales reports and supply chain meetings. In addition you’ll be supporting the Stock and Logistics Manager with general administrative and analytical tasks as required.
